Not only did they go above and beyond by returning my forgotten jewellery promptly, but they also had ironing facilities available, which made preparing for my important meeting a breeze. the heating in the room was just perfect, ensuring my comfort throughout the stay. the washing machine in the room was a pleasant surprise and made my trip even more convenient. the proximity to various eateries like the Folly Coffee House and Royal Spice added to the overall wonderful experience. I cannot wait to return to this hotel and experience their exceptional service once again.
